Absolutely! I travel to you to train you in your own home so you are welcome to train with your baby.

What if I've had a C-section or complicated birth?

I specialise in postnatal recovery including strengthening your core after a C section. We'll start gently, focusing on core reconnection, pelvic floor, and gradual strength building - always at your pace.

Do I need to be cleared by my GP or midwife?

Yes. For postnatal clients, I recommend waiting until your 6-8 week check-up (or 10-12 weeks post C-section) and getting clearance before starting. For pregnancy, I may ask for a quick note from your midwife if needed.
